Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.
Items that are non-returnable include:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, etc.)
- Digital products, software, and downloadable items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards and promotional items

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our Customer Support at support@syamkart.com or visit https://www.syamkart.com/ to request a Return Authorization.
Provide your order details, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if applicable).
Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
The item must be shipped back to us using a trackable shipping method at your expense unless otherwise stated.

Refunds and Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges for defective or damaged items only. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
